2018 Parent Surveys

We need your input! Listed below are the instructions for accessing and taking the 2018 Title I Parent Involvement Survey AND the 2018 Title II-A School Quality & Improvement Survey.

You may access the surveys by using your web browser.  Open your web browser and type in the URL (web address) as listed or click the link below:

The login screen for the TINA software will appear.  
Your Username is:  CESParent 
Your Password is: TINA  

Please enter the Username and Password and press the [Log On] button.

After you log in correctly, you will see the name of the survey to be taken.  To complete a survey, simply click on the [Take Survey] button.

Proceed through the survey answering the questions as appropriate.  

When you have finished, you should click on the [Save] button at the bottom of the screen.  After saving, please press the [Continue] button to return to the main screen where you can select the next survey or modify your existing survey. 

As always, we thank you for your participation. The survey window will close on March 30, 2018.

After School Program 12/8/17

Attention parents:  The after school programs at Commerce Primary and Commerce Elementary will close at 4:00 pm today.

2017-2018 Georgia Parent Survey

Parents & Guardians:

We would like to take this opportunity to encourage you to participate in the annual Georgia Schools' Parent Survey. The data will be used as part of the calculation of the School Climate Star Rating. Survey responses are anonymous and will be submitted directly to the Georgia Department of Education for analysis. Please respond by November 17th, 2017.  You will also find the links on our webpage and Infinite Campus parent portal.

Spirit Rally

Read-a-Thon

Mrs. Smith hosted a read-a-thon for her ELA students.  They enjoyed hot chocolate, popcorn, a roaring fire, and good books!

Morning Treats from PTA

Our PTA officers braved the cold and gave out granola bars and waters to car rider parents this morning with the message, "PTO is thankful for you."

2017-2018 School Calendar Feedback

We are seeking feedback on two "draft" calendars for the 2017-2018 school year.  Please carefully review both calendar options and choose the one you prefer.  Please also include specific feedback supporting your choice for the 2017-18 calendar. 

Feedback will be used to create a final calendar which will be presented to the Board of Education for approval in December 2016.  The final calendar will be shared with the community once approved.

Bingo for Books!

We had a great turn out and a lot of fun at Bingo for Books last night!  All CES students left with at least one book, but most had two or more.  Look for this fun event again this spring!

Ag Day

We had a terrific time during Ag Day on Friday (11/3/16).  Students dressed up as farmers and enjoyed the various vendors who shared their knowledge of farming whether it be poultry, beef, Christmas Trees, etc.
